Can I have miles added retroactively?

Miles can only be credited within 3 months for flights booked after registration in the club. If you forget to enter your Boomerang Club number during the booking process, you can do so online in the “My bookings” section. Log in, click on “Manage my booking” and then “Change booking” for the corresponding booking. Even after the flight you can enter your membership number at a later date and have miles credited. It may take 7 days for miles to be credited to your account.

Your flight is not listed under „My bookings“? Please contact our service team via e-mail to or via phone: +44 (0) 87 17 02 99 86 (GMT 7:00 - 20:00) within 3 months. Please remember to have at hand the full booking code for the flight in question. After each flight please keep your booking confirmation safe. It may take up to 3 weeks for miles to be credited retroactively.

Boomerang Club miles cannot be collected on flights operated by our partner airlines.
