Wroclaw – historic city on the OderWroclaw is Poland’s 4th largest city offering visitors a variety of magnificent historic places of interest. A good starting point is the lively market square in the old town, from where you can head off to the Raclawice Panorama (a painting of the Battle of Raclawice), the Royal Palace and the Japanese Garden. Families will enjoy a trip to Wroclaw Zoo housed on 33 hectares and home to more than 850 species and 7,000 animals. In the old town there are many more sights to see, such as St Bernard’s church, Wroclaw’s Dwarfs, the Swordsman Fountain, the market hall and the former royal palace housing the Museum of the City of Wroclaw. There’s never a dull moment in Wroclaw.
