How can I change my flight with my mobile?
Everything changed in your plan? No problem! Up to two hours prior to departure you can change the dates and times of your booked Germanwings flights easily on your mobile! It just needs to be the same person and the same route within our published flight plan.
Simply log in with your username and password. You'll then find an overview of your booked flights. Choose the flight you want to rebook. Then you can pick an alternative date and rebook your flight to that date or time. This may be subject to additional charges and a possible difference in fares may be charged.
If your booking consists of an etix® ticket number and/or a Germanwings flight booked via one of our partner airlines, not all Germanwings mobile services will be available.
