When can I check in?
We recommend you be at the desk at least 90 minutes before the schedules time of departure for Germanwings flights.
Our desks open 2 hours (for flights from Tel Aviv: 3 hours / for flights from Casablanca: 2,5 hours) before departure and close 30 minutes (for flights from Tel Aviv: 45 minutes / for flights from Casablanca: 40 minutes) before the scheduled departure time. In order to ensure flights depart on time we cannot check in after this time. If you arrive at the check-in late, you will automatically forfeit your right to be transported.
Passengers flying from Vienna can also check in all day up to 75 minutes before departure using the extra check-in desks at the Wien-Mitte train station. You cannot check in after this deadline at Wien-Mitte station.
We unfortunately do not allow check in the night before.
