What happens if I do not receive or have lost my booking confirmation or booking reference?
For Germanwings flights you can view your online booking at www.germanwings.com in the “My Germanwings” section.
If you have not booked online, please contact out call centre.
We will be happy to issue your booking confirmation again.
In the event of an emergency you can also check in at our desks without your booking reference, with your proof of identity alone.
If your booking is an etix® ticket number and/or you booked a Germanwings flight with one of our partner airlines or at a travel agency, please contact the respective airline or travel agency.
