How do I purchase a flight voucher?
Flight vouchers can only be bought online at germanwings.com. Simply select the desired amount, a reason, and if you want a personal message for the recipient. Then enter your contact details and continue to payment. Depending on the selected method of payment there may be a reduced surcharge for payments.
The voucher will be sent via e-mail as a PDF document. You can send the voucher either to your e-mail address or directly to the recipient.
Flight vouchers can only be purchased in euros. However, they can be redeemed for flights not paid for in euros.
