I have not received any mileage credit yet. What could be the reason?
It may take up to 48 hours after the flight until the miles appear on your account. If you have forgotten to enter your Miles & More number into the booking, an automatic mileage credit is not possible. Please contact our service Center for a retro-credit or simply enter the number into the relevant booking via "My Germanwings".
If you have entered a Boomerang Club number into the booking, you have already earned Boomerang Club miles. A double-dipping is not possible.
