You can use online check-in between 72 and 3 hours before departure. If you depart from a German airport (except Rostock-Laage and Zweibrücken) you can check in online up to an hour before departure.
You can check in all passengers under the booking in one go.
Straight to the plane with online check-in: If you only have hand luggage, you can go directly to the gate. If you have luggage to be checked in or special luggage, please use the check-in desk. If you’re flying from Berlin, Cologne/Bonn, Munich or Stuttgart airport, you can also hand in your luggage at the specific baggage drop-off desk. Once you have checked in online you can only then register checked luggage at the check-in desk at the airport.
When checking in online please use the same spelling of the name as in the booking confirmation.
