When must a disabled person be accompanied?
For security reasons, completely immobile passengers must be accompanied.
Passengers who cannot move and/or orientate by themselves must also be accompanied.
Please understand that only one guide dog can be accommodated per flight. Guide dogs are carried free of charge and must be registered after booking by contacting our call centre. We therefore recommend you contact us before booking in order to ascertain whether this place is still free.
