How can partially sighted people travel?
Partially sighted passengers must be accompanied or travel with a guide dog. Please understand that only one guide dog can be accommodated per flight. Guide dogs are carried free of charge and must be registered after booking by contacting our call centre or by e-mail. We therefore recommend you contact us before booking in order to ascertain whether this place is still free.
