Can I make changes to a one-stop connection booking?
You can make changes to the date of travel of your booked flight online or by telephone via our call centre until 2 hours before departure.
If you choose to change your booking online, just log in to the “My Germanwings” section of the site with your username and password as normal. A rebooking fee of 23GBP (26€/44CHF/49USD/799CZK249SEK/30099ISK) per person and flight* will be payable. If the fare which was paid for the original flight is no longer available, you will have to pay the difference between the fare originally paid and the fare which is valid at the time you change your booking.
If you choose to change your booking by telephone we charge an additional processing fee of 8 € per person and flight* for flights between Germany and the rest of Europe.
Name changes are possible on all Germanwings flights*. You can make a name change via the Germanwings call centre up to 2 hours before your flight's departure by giving the booking code for your flight. The fee for making a name change is € 35 per person and booking. If the current flight fare is higher than the price originally paid for your ticket, the difference in price must also be paid.
It is unfortunately not possible to change flight routing.
