When must a disabled person be accompanied?
For security reasons, completely immobile passengers must be accompanied.
Passengers who cannot move and/or orientate by themselves must also be accompanied.
Partially sighted passengers must also be accompanied. Please understand that only one guide dog can be accommodated per flight. Guide dogs are carried free of charge and must be pre-registered by contacting our Call Centre on +44 (0) 870 252 12 50 (Opening hours: 7:00 - 20:00). We therefore recommend that you contact us before booking in order to ascertain whether this place is still free.
