What must I do if I am partially sighted?
Partially sighted passengers must be accompanied. Please understand that only one guide dog can be accommodated per flight. Guide dogs are carried free of charge and must be pre-registered following booking by e-mail or by contacting our Call Centre on ++44 (0) 870 252 12 50 (7:00 - 20:00). We therefore recommend that you contact us before booking in order to ascertain whether this place is still free.
