What do I do if I want to cancel my booking?
Because of their low price, Germanwings flight tickets cannot be cancelled. Excluded from this provision are tickets which have been booked using the "Flex Plus" fare. These tickets can be cancelled in accordance with Article 19 of our General Conditions of Carriage upon payment of a fee of 25 € per flight segment and passenger.
If you are unable to use your flights as booked, you can of course make use of our rebooking option under the heading My Germanwings, where you are given the opportunity to change the date of your flight. Route changes are not possible.
