How do I obtain an invoice?
The Germanwings invoice is an electronic ticket which Art. 34 UStDV (Turnover Tax Implementation Regulation) recognizes as an invoice and which the letter from the Federal Ministry of Finance of 29 Jan. 2004, Ref. IV B 7 – S 7280 – 19/04 recognizes as an invoice (without an electronic signature) entitling the purchaser to deduct input tax.
