Whichever way you book, we try to keep it as quick and simple as possible. The choice is yours.
You can book:
- Online via this website – from the comfort of your own home, from work or while underway. All you need is an internet connection and your credit card or bank account details. The way our online booking system works is explained here.
- By telephone via our call centre for personal advice from our sales team - regarding excess baggage, for example. Call +44 (0) 870 252 12 50 (7am - 8pm). A processing fee of £7/€8/14CH/13USD/229CZK/79SEK/959ISK per European flight per passenger is charged for this service. For flights within Germany 9.52 € (incl. 19% VAT) will be charged.
- On-site, at the Germanwings desk in Cologne/Bonn airport, or at any other point of departure, with personal consultancy from our staff at a flat rate processing fee of £7/€8/14CH/13USD/229CZK/79SEK/959ISK per European flight per passenger. For flights within Germany 9.52 € (incl. 19% VAT) will be charged.
