Does the confirmation of booking/invoice entitle you to deduct input tax?
Germanwings invoices come in the form of an electronic flight ticket from which you may deduct input tax in accordance with Art. 34 UStDV (Turnover Tax Implementation Regulation) for Travel Tickets, and the letter from the Federal Finance Ministry of 29 Jan. 2004, Ref. No. IV B 7 – S 7280 – 19/04, as they are regarded as invoices (without electronic signature).
