What are the limitations of Web Check-In?
You can only use Web Check-In for flights from Cologne/Bonn (CGN), Berlin-Schönefeld (SXF), Hamburg (HAM), Dortmund (DTM), Leipzig (LEJ), Munich (MUC), Dresden (DRS), Stuttgart (STR), Rostock-Laage (RLG) Zweibrucken (ZQW) and Zurich (ZRH)
Internet check-in can only be used by passengers travelling with hand-baggage only*.
If you are travelling with special baggage or baggage that must be checked, please use the normal check-in desk.
*NEW: If you are departing from Cologne/Bonn Airport, you can now use the Web Check-In even if you have luggage, simply depositing it at the baggage drop-off desk.
You can use Web Check-In from 24 hours before departure at the earliest until 3 hours before departure at the latest.
