When can I check in?
We recommend you check in at the desk at least 90 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
Our desks open 2 hours prior to departure and close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. In order to safeguard punctual take-off, it is not possible for passengers to check in any later than this. A customer’s right to be carried lapses with their failure to check in on time.
In Vienna passengers can also check in at the local check-in desk at Vienna-Mitte train station throughout the day up to 75 minutes before departure. Thereafter we cannot check you in at Vienna-Mitte station.
We regret that we do not offer an advance check-in service the night before.
