Are award flights always available?
The availability of award flights can vary depending on the date, season, demand and destination. Award flights may therefore not be available at certain times. Members do not have the right to an award flight for a specific flight on a particular date. Award flights must be booked at least 7 days before the desired departure date.
Award flights will generally not be available on the following dates:
1.) 21.12. - 26.12.2007
2.) 21.03. - 24.03.2008
3.) 30.04. - 04.05.2008
4.) 09.05. - 12.05.2008
5.) 21.05. - 25.05.2008
6.) 02.10. - 05.10.2008
