Can I rebook or cancel my award flight?
Award flights can only be rebooked under www.germanwings.com/boomerangclub. It is only possible to change the reservation onto another available award flight up to 7 days before the flight date and a rebooking fee of 25 € is charged for this. If it is not possible to rebook to another award flight, the original award flight declines. Redeemed miles cannot be recompensed.
