How can I cancel my Boomerang Club membership?
To terminate your membership, please send your cancellation together with your membership number to:
Germanwings GmbH, Boomerang Club, Waldstr. 224, 51147 Cologne, Germany.
The terms of participation will still apply to the handling of your membership after notice has been given. Once your membership has ended, you are no longer entitled to collect miles. Any miles still credited to your account when your membership ends can be used for award benefits within a period of 6 months from the day your participation ends. Germanwings will close the member’s account 6 months after membership has ended. Any miles still credited to the account at this point in time will decline.
