Can I rebook or cancel an award flight?
You can only change an award-flight booking at www.germanwings.com/boomerangclub. You can only change the booking to another available award flight at the latest 7 days before departure. We do levy a rebooking fee. If it is not possible to rebook to another award flight, the original award flight is forfeited. Redeemed miles cannot be refunded.
