What rights do I have in the event of a delay?
Delays are not pleasant for anybody. We endeavour to minimise any delays. In the event of delays of over 2 hours, passengers will be compensated within the scope of our statutory liability for any consequent costs and expenditure. Liability can only be accepted if the delay is the fault of Germanwings.
Germanwings cannot accept liability in the event of delays caused by bad weather, strikes or terrorist acts.
