Can I travel with a guide dog?
Yes, you may travel with a guide dog. Please understand that only one guide dog can be accommodated per flight. Guide dogs are carried free of charge and must be registered by e-mail or by contacting our call centre. We therefore recommend you contact us before booking in order to ascertain whether this place is still free.
Due to national immigration regulations, we regret that we cannot carry any pets on flights to the UK and Ireland.
