Travelling to and from Tangier Airport (TNG)

Car:

Take coast road 416 to the airport. Follow the signs with the airport on them.

Bus:

Buses 9A and 9B operate to the city centre every 20 minutes. Numbers 1A and 6 operate to the surrounding villages. There is also a shuttle express bus that goes every 20 minutes to the port and the main station in Tangier.

Taxi:

The airport has its own taxi shuttle rank. Journey time is around 20 minutes and is operated by the “grands taxis”. City taxis do not operate to the airport.

Hire cars:

There are centrally-located Sixt and Avis rental locations at all Germanwings destinations. Reserve a car here and get great bargains.

At Tangier Airport (TNG)

Tangier Boukhalef Airport is around 6 km southwest of the city. It handles around 1.5m passengers per year.

Parking:

There are short and long-stay spaces available in front of the airport terminal.
