Travelling to and from Bremen Airport (BRE)

Car:

Coming from Hamburg, Hanover or Osnabrück take the A1 motorway (Arsten exit). From Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven take the A27 motorway (Bremen-Überseestadt exit), then the B6 and A281 motorway. From Oldenburg take the B75 and the A281. Follow signs with the airport pictogram.

Train and trami:

If you arrive in Bremen by train, you can easily reach City Airport Bremen from the main station on tram line 6. There are services to the city centre every 10 minutes and each journey costs approx. 2 €.

Bus:

The bus stop is located extremely close to the check-in desk. Bus number 52 to Huchting/Kattenturm goes to the airport every 30 minutes.

Taxi:

Taxis from the main station to City Airport Bremen cost around 10 €. Journey time depends on traffic, but normally takes around 20 minutes.

Bremen’s airport is only 3,5 km from the city centre making it one of the closest international airports to the city centre it serves.

Parking:

There are 4500 parking spaces at City Airport Bremen located in two multi-storey carparks. Both have long-stay parking spaces, carpark 1 also has extra short-stay parking spaces.
