Germanwings Group Booking

You can book as a group when there are 10 people or more. Simply fill in the group request form below. Germanwings will get back to you with a personalised booking offer.

Payments are payable by Germanwings’ accepted credit cards or by bank transfer (direct debit or debit order). You can change names free of charge up to four 4 before departure.

With groups of 12 or more you can cancel one or two people’s bookings up to a month before departure and get a full refund of the flight fare.

You can reserve a seat in advance for 6 € per person and leg (on domestic German flights please add VAT).
