Simply fill in the group request form below and Germanwings will get back to you with a personalised booking offer. Payments are payable by Germanwings’ accepted credit cards or by bank transfer (direct debit or debit order). You can change names free of charge up to four days before departure. With groups of 12 or more you can cancel one or two people’s bookings up to a month before departure and get a full refund of the flight fare. You can in advance reserve a seat for €6 or an XL seat (more legroom) for 15 € per person and leg (on domestic German flights please add VAT).
